[Sparkle] Non-Administrators

As a SysAdmin, I don't want anyone to be able to commit an update to  
an app if its in the /Applications directory (managed clients).
So, should they know about them?
Sure, why do I care...maybe I missed it, or forgot, or something...all  
they can do is pester me.

If its in their ~/Applications directory...that's another can of  
worms...its not widely addressed yet.
