[Sparkle] Garbage Collection Support!

Hey, guys, I think that with the latest refactoring, garbage support  
is finally working. But it's tough for me to test all the edge cases,  
so please, if you have an app using garbage support, test it with  
Sparkle! Let me know any problems.
