[Sparkle] development and localization

Hello,

I have updated this morning to r154 (big refactoring), and I still
encounter problems related to localization that are more or less prone
to introduce bugs. So, I wonder what are your plans about localizations.
Let me explain :
-if a string is not localized, this is not a real problem. We can wait
for a release candidate before sending you localized versions.
-if a nib is not localized, it can lead to bugs. For instance, I have
reported ticket 190 (http://sparkle.andymatuschak.org/ticket/190).

I understand that you cannot do it all yourself; so, what are we
supposed to do to help ? Do you prefer patches submission, bug
reports, or should we wait until a more polished revision, so that a
refactoring does not obsolete localizations ?

Regards,

Pierre Chatelier
