[Sparkle] Stable Sparkle branch?

Alright, everything under Sparkle 1.5 at http://sparkle.andymatuschak.org/report/3 
  is legitimate, and I'm only assigned to the (one) task I'm actually  
working on. There are a couple more things (like don't ask until the  
user's idle, etc) that I'd like to add, and I'll try to do that ASAP.
