[Sparkle] SparklePlus -> Sparkle 1.5 transition

So why not build a check into Sparkle 1.5 that checks the application being
updated for the old SUIncludeProfile key BEFORE it is moved to the Trash
during an update ? If it finds the key, it then uses that value to set the
SUSendProfileInfo going forward.
