[Sparkle] Sparkle with non-administrator status

Hello,

With all the refactoring on the Sparkle website these days  
(congratulations!), I am not sure any more about your plans for  
Sparkle on non-administrative accounts trying to uprade an appliction  
in /Applications. (I cannot find a bug entry for that).
Can you remind me of the decision ? The last discussion on the mailing  
list about that (http://lists.andymatuschak.org/pipermail/sparkle-andymatuschak.org/2008-May/000381.html 
) was not clear to me...
