[Sparkle] Sparkle use in iPhoto plugin

I found this question:

but am trying to figure out exactly where I should set the  
installation path (I see installation directory has a property on the  
project)

When trying to build the 1.5 framework on XC 3.1 I end up with

env: bzr: No such file or directory

so I guess my build environment is not set up properly.

Do I set this path on the framework and build, or do I need to set  
this path somewhere in the plugin project?
