  Are you aware that there is documentation and a command-line tool to  
sign an application? Your updates should be signed when the user gets  
them. If a signed app is replaced by a new one with the same  
signature, you don't get the trust warning anymore. That's how it's  
supposed to work, and is a much better user experience.
