[Sparkle] update error?

I've uploaded the appcast.xml file to my server in the same directory where
I will eventually put my release file.


However, I receive the following error when I click on "Check for
Updates..."

Update Error!

An error occurred in retrieving update information; are you connected to the
internet? Please try again later.

---


I'm pretty certain I followed the instructions line for line. Any ideas
here?
