[Sparkle] Crashes of recent Sparkle svn on 10.3.x

hm just building Sparkle on Tiger did the trick for me.
i just got confirmation from  a tester that my project built with  
Leopard/XCode 3.0 linked against Sparkle built on Tiger/XCode 2.5  
works for him again.

perhaps a warning should be put in the source if built with  
__APPLE_CC__ 5465 that the binary won't run in 10.3.x?
