Oh, yeah, iTunes does this with Apple's Software Update.  It causes my  
AppleScript for downloading podcasts and updating my Shuffle to stall,  
waiting for me get out of bed and click "I Agree" any night after the  
stupid thing is updated.

If "people" means "users", the answer is "no".  Unfortunately, some  
developers will say "yes".
