[Sparkle] Can't use Sparkle Trunk with Xcode 2.4.1

OK, so I've download the trunk of Sparkle, built it on Xcode 3, and 
transferred the framework to my 10.4 machine running Xcode 2.4.1. A bug 
prevented me from moving to Xcode 2.5 - so please don't go there - I'm 
pretty unhappy to have my new Penryn MacBook Pro sitting in a backpack.

Problem is, it won't build  -  I keep getting this error:

pbxcp: warning: couldn't strip: 
/Users/dean/Mac_HelpMate_25_rel_sparkle_15/Mac 
HelpMate/build/Deployment/Mac 
HelpMate.app/Contents/Frameworks/Sparkle.framework/Versions/A/Sparkle: 
No such file or directory

I've seen this error before, but the steps which lead to success with v1.1 lead to failure with v1.5 - any pointers?
