[Sparkle] possibility/opportunity of updating localizations?

Dear Developer,

I found zh_TW localization for Sparkle 1.1 should be updated. Is it
possible to update the zh_TW localization files within Sparkle 1.1?
Some strings were not translated.

Afer discussing with Shiva Huang the previous translator, I've
attached the updated files of zh_TW for Sparkle. If possible, please
update the localization files so that the developers of other apps can
use the complete localized files. Thanks very much.

Or, please let me know how to submit the updated files for Sparkle.
