  As a user, it'd annoy me if I had to explicitly download the  
localizations. Why make your users do extra work if you can just  
include the localizations? It's nice to do a localization-only  
update, or other patches, but I wouldn't want Sparkle to get bloated  
with dozens of features and option dialogs for speciality things like  
downloading components.
