[Sparkle] possibility/opportunity of updating localizations?

Allowing updates of individual localizations is a cool idea. I know
I've had it a couple times where a localization needed a little tweak
for either a layout issue or an incorrect translation. We usually
sat on it a bit to release an update that had more substance then
just a localization tweak. Being able to push a localization update
would be nice.
Along similar lines, it could also be used to let users choose what
languages they want installed to reduce download size. The initial
download would only be in english (or whatever base language) and on
first launch the dialog asking to enable automatic checking could ask
the user if they want to install the language that their system is
running in and/or give a list of other available languages. Sparkle
would then download and install that language and remember it to re-
download on any updates.
Doing this might cause issues with code signing in the near future,
but I don't know for sure. It would be something to look into before
green lighting the feature. I think it could be a cool addition if
it doesn't cause this side effect.
