[Sparkle] Why is SUUpdateAlert at NSFloatingWindowLevel?

Er, I'm not quite sure. I remember dealing with a patch about this a  
while ago, but the details are fuzzy. Is it like this in trunk, or the  
last release? If it's trunk, then I agree that Sparkle should be less  
obnoxious and shouldn't do that. Thanks for letting me know.
