[Sparkle] Why is SUUpdateAlert at NSFloatingWindowLevel?

Hi,

I just noticed that SUUpdateAlert explicitly sets the level of its
window to "floating window", which was kind of a surprise to me, as
the window doesn't look like a floater. Moreover, this means that
whenever I switch into another application, the update window in my
app stays on top of all others. What was the rationale behind this
behaviour, and would anyone object if this line was removed from the
code again, or at least conditionalized?

Cheers,
