Apparently there is a change to the hdiutil in 10.4.9 that shows the  
license information if it is attached to a disk image. The code is  
failing when the archive is being extracted due to the inability of  
the command to answer 'yes' to the license question. At least this is  
my theory.

I don't see an easy fix except to remove the EULA from the disk  
image. I'll continue testing.

Let me know.. really need help on this.
