[Sparkle] All my Sparkle-updated apps are not working

I have a feeling I'm not even getting the downloads based on the  
console messages:

   In console.log, Shiira reports this:
   env: hdiutil: No such file or directory

   Cyberduck reports this:
   sh: line 1: tar: command not found
   2007-07-23 11:35:13.280 Cyberduck[327] The update archive didn't
   contain an application with the proper name: Cyberduck.app. Remember,
   the updated app's file name must be identical to {CFBundleName}.app

I don't know where Sparkle downloads to though?
