[Sparkle] Disabling Sparkle

Sadly, there isn't a way to disable Sparkle with a simple compiler
flag: you can't just remove the framework, the updater is actually
archived in the app's main menu .nib, so when it tries to unarchive,
it'd break. I've made a ticket for this:
