[Sparkle] Update window opens despite current version

Hi,
Setting sparkle:version="1" in my enclosure tag did the trick. I had
thought that if one used the sparkle:shortVersionString, one wouldn't
need to use sparkle:version. I appear to have been incorrect in that
assumption.
