[Sparkle] Update window opens despite current version

I'm confused; are you not incrementing CFBundleVersion on new  
releases? At least in theory, each version of your program really  
should have a different CFBundleVersion. If this is the first release  
with CFBundleVersion of 1, try setting the attribute sparkle:version  
to "1" on the appcast item.
