[Sparkle] Update window opens despite current version

Hi, everyone.

I'm not sure what the best search terms for Google or elsewhere would  
be, as my problem doesn't seem to have any unique terms in it.  Thus  
I ask it here: I have a program with CFBundleVersion equal to 1 and  
CFBundleShortVersionString equal to 1.3.6--and in my appcast, I have  
the title "Version 1.3.6 (3 bugs fixed; 3 new features)" and a  
download link with the file name "DiceX_1.3.6.dmg"; I have also tried  
setting the sparkle:shortVersionString to "1.3.6".

Now, when I run my program, I get the update window--but my program  
*is* the current version.  I have tried modifying the pubDate to set  
it long in the past, but to no avail.  If I set the CFBundleVersion  
of my program to "2", then the update window does not show up.  But  
the current version is meant to have a "1" for that value.

Does anyone have any idea of what I might be doing wrong?
