[Sparkle] Where to put profiling?

Hey, folks, I could use your help with a UI decision.

I'm integrating Sparkle+'s profiling code, but I think the UI Tom
implemented (http://img141.imageshack.us/my.php?image=picture2by1.png)
for asking if an anonymous system profile can be included is sub-
optimal. The user is already being asked if the app can do some weird
updating thing. Having another sketchy decision to make is not great,
especially when it's the very first experience the user has with the
app.

I thought: well, okay, we could ask the first time we have an update.
This is what that looked like: http://img233.imageshack.us/my.php?image=picture1qm5.png

But then that check box is there every time there's an update. It's
clutter. I mean, the user's never going to change their choice.

Another idea would be to have a sheet come down out of the update
alert asking for permission the first time there was an update
available. But modality on top of modality also sucks.

Ideas?
