Jeremy, I think you may actually have encountered a bug that has been  
fixed since Sparkle 1.1. At least, it's either that or that the  
framework's not installed correctly in the project, because when I  
plug your appcast's URL into the Test App compiled from SVN source, it  
works just fine. Try using the latest Sparkle source. Sorry for the  
trouble!
