[Sparkle] Incomplete localizations

I agree that these should be removed, since the system will use the  
English strings in these files instead of the user's second or third  
choice language, which may not be English.

I just looked at one which you did not report any problem with:  
ru.lproj.  Bad news.  The main "Sparkle.strings" file, referenced by  
the code, is translated, but the SUAutomaticUpdateAlert.strings and  
SUUpdateAlert.strings files, which appear to be referenced by the  
corresponding nibs, are filled with the evil "English String" =  
"English String" ;.

I see that Sparkle has allegedly 28 non-English localizations.  I  
would certainly would agree that such a large number of localizations  
seems a bit too labor-intensive for an all-volunteer project, unless  
there are one or more Sparkle "users" (i.e. developers) that actually  
support these languages in their apps and would take responsibility  
for maintaining them.  I wonder how they got in there?

It doesn't matter to me since my projects only support 5 localizations.
